Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-20

Acceptance

By signing in to Mailroom (“the Service”) you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service does

The Service lets you send personalized email from your own Gmail account to recipients you upload via CSV. Emails are sent from your Gmail — we are not a sending relay.

Your responsibilities

  • You must have permission to email every recipient in your CSV.
  • You must comply with anti-spam laws applicable to you and your recipients (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, PECR, etc.), including honoring unsubscribe requests.
  • You must not use the Service to send phishing, malware, harassment, or content that violates Google’s Gmail policies.
  • You are responsible for any Gmail account suspension that results from your use of the Service.

Daily limits

Gmail enforces per-account daily sending limits (500 for free Gmail, 2,000 for Google Workspace). The Service checks your quota before sending and refuses campaigns that exceed it.

Availability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis with no guarantee of uptime, error-free operation, or successful delivery of any individual email. Gmail may reject or delay messages for reasons outside our control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including suspected abuse or violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Your sole remedy is to stop using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
