Questions people actually ask

What happens when the trial ends?
You move to Free. Nothing is deleted, nothing is locked, and you are not asked for a card. You only see an upgrade prompt if you later try to send past the free limit.
Why is the daily limit 300 and not 500?
500 a day is Gmail’s own ceiling for a free account, and Pro gives you all of it. Free gives you 300 of it, counted across every Gmail you connect. Anyone who was using Mailroom before Pro existed keeps the 500 they signed up with, permanently.
Can I earn Pro without paying?
Yes. Sharing Mailroom publicly earns a free week, up to 4 weeks. It is on the share page once you sign in.
Do you send my email through your own servers?
No. Every message is sent by Gmail, from your address, using the Gmail API. That is why it lands in inboxes rather than spam folders, and it is true on both tiers.
How do I cancel?
One button in your dashboard, which opens Stripe’s own billing portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
